Warrior X-Fit

Developed by Master Corley’s close friend and 8th degree Black Belt, Chief Master William Clark of Karate America, Warrior X-Fit is another component of the overall fitness program that is offered at Atlanta Wxtreme Warrior. Based on the workout regimens of top martial artists, Warrior X-Fit combines strength training and cardio to improve overall fitness—in just 20 – 60 minutes a day. No matter what shape you’re in now, you’ll look better, feel better and live better by using Warrior X-Fit!
